Projectbeschrijving
The Social Shuffle is a digital tool and classroom game that helps teachers shuffle their classroom arrangements, whilst providing children with a fun experience. The creative solution is based on a scientific insight: scientists have recently found that switching places in the classroom can significantly improve the relationship between children. It might even prevent bullying. We developed the tool for Zorg en Zekerheid: a health insurance brand that invests in social community initiatives.
Voor/over product of dienst
The Social Shuffle is a digital tool, integrated in a simple website and optimized for digital school boards, used in almost every Dutch classroom.

It offers a fun and shared experience, supported by wacky emojis, an introductory video and a talking avatar guide.

Furthermore, the tool helps shuffling in the most optimal way: with every new shuffle, children are sat next to different classmates. And by the end of the year, they all know each other better.
Doelgroep(en)
Our ambition was to have real social impact in the real world. We chose to focus on primary schools, where social problems such as bullying are a persistent problem. Our primary target audiences therefore are teachers and schoolchildren.

With our PR activities we also targeted news and media outlets, generating free publicity and thereby reaching a larger audience.
